The CD19 antigen is present on approximately 7% to 23% of human peripheral blood lymphocytes and on spleenocytes, and on human B lymphocytes at all stages of maturation but is lost on terminally differentiated plasma cells. CD19 does not react with resting or activated T lymphocytes, granulocytes, or monocytes.

Applications

Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution

Flow Cytometry: ≤0.5ug/1x10e6 cells in 100ul of staining volume Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability

May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
