Interleukin-2
Rabbit IL-2 is an essential innate immune modulator produced by T cells in response to antigenic or mitogenic stimulation. IL-2 can stimulate B cells, monocytes, NK cells and glioma cells. It is required for T cell proliferation and regulation of the immune response.
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1.0-5.0ug/ml Western Blot: 0.1-2.0ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Recombinant protein corresponding to rabbit IL-2.
