CD268 is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor family, which is expressed by B cells. CD268 plays a role in BAFF induced B cell development and survival, and is thought to be involved in B cell autoimmune diseases
Applications
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Western Blot: 2-5ug/ml. Detects a band of ~20kD in human, mouse and rat spleen lysates. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
