Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Reported in literature to work in Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Flow Cytometry: 1:10. ELISA: 1:100,000 Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:250. Western Blot: 1:1000. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Recommended Positive Control
Mouse spleen.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Synthetic peptide corresponding to aa2-22 (D2PGKPRKNVLVVALLVIFQVC22) of mouse CCR7 (C-C chemokine receptor 7).
