CCR3 is a G protein-linked seven transmembrane chemokine receptor that preferentially binds eotaxin and eotaxin-2.
Applications
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Flow Cytometry: 10ul/1x10e6 cells using human peripheral blood CD49d granulocytes Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. CFS conjugates are sensitive to light.
Immunogen
Y3 rat myeloid cell line transfected with human CCR3. Uniprot/Swiss Accession: P51677
Form
Supplied as a liquid in saline, 0.5% BSA, 0.09% sodium azide. Labeled with Carboxyfluorescein (CFS).
Purity
Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography from hybridoma culture supernatant.
Specificity
Recognizes human CCR3. Does not recognize CCR1, CCR2, CCR5 or CCR6 transfectants or the placental cell line. Detects CCR3 on peripheral blood eosinophils.
