Recommended Dilution
Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:100 Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Hybridoma
Spleen cells from immunized Balb/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse SP2/0 myeloma cell line.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Purity
Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography from tissue culture supernatant.
Specificity
Recognizes the rat homologue of human CD47, which has been identified as the ligand for the rat signal regulatory protein (SIRP). Rat CD47 is expressed primarily by lymphocytes and macrophages but has also been detected at high levels on brain endothelial cells.
