CD80 Molecule

Human CD80 (B7-1) is a costimulatory ligand for CD28 and CTLA-4. CD80 is expressed on activated B cells.

Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Supplied as a liquid in 50mM sodium phosphate, pH 7.5, 100mM potassium chloride, 50mM sodium chloride. No preservative added.

Purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.

Recognizes human CD80 and blocks binding of soluble CD152 Ig fusion protein to CD80.
