Fusion Partners: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse NS-1 myeloma cell line.
Recommended Negative Controls: Mouse IgG1 Negative Control
CD84 is predominantly expressed by B lymphocytes, monocytes and macrophages, although lower levels of expression have also been reported on T cells, granulocytes and platelets.
Applications
Immunoprecipitation Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.

Mouse pre-B cell line 300.19 transfected with CD84 cDNA.
