APAP1
MaxLight™490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™488, Alexa Fluor™488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (491nm); Emission (515nm); Extinction Coefficient 73,000.
DEDAF (death effector domain associated factor), is a 32kD protein that associates with DED-containing proteins but does not itself contain a DED. DEDAF interacts with the death effector domains of FADD, DEDD and the proforms of caspase-8 and caspase-10. It augments the formation of complexes between CD95, FADD and caspase-8 at the cell membrane and enhances apoptosis. The protein was also independently identified as RING1 and YY1 binding protein (RYBP), which was implicated in the regulation of transcription.
Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Western Blot:A band at ~32kD was detected in human A549 cell lysates. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
