The G protein-coupled receptor GPR80/GPR99/P2Y15 is similar to the purinergic P2Y receptors. GPR80/GPR99 is primarily expressed in kidney, and lower levels in colon and placenta. An EST has been isolated from an eye library.

Recommended Dilution
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 20ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
