Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry (Not Tested) and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Immunohistochemistry: Frozen. Not tested on paraffin tissues. Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.

May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.

HLA Class 2 Antigen DR

Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).

Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.

Recognizes the human HLA-DR cell surface antigen. Recognizes a determinant that is dependent upon the association of both the a and b chains of HLA-DR.
