Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Flow Cytometry: 1:50 -1:200. Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells or 100ul whole blood. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen. Not tested on paraffin tissues. Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.
Recommended Secondary Reagents
Flow Cytometry: F(ab')2 Rabbit anti-mouse IgG labled with FITC or RPE Immunohistochemistry: F(ab')2 Rabbit anti-mouse IgG labled with HRP
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.
Specificity
Recognizes the human HLA-DR cell surface antigen. Recognizes a determinant that is dependent upon the association of both the a and b chains of HLA-DR.
