Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot and FLISA. Other applications not tested.

Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 1x10e6 cells in 100ul. Western Blot: Non-reducing Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.

Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.

Purified Peking duck yolk IgY

Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2. Labeled with R-Phycoerythrin (PE).

Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography from tissue culture supernatant.

Recognizes both the IgY and IgY(-Fc) Peking duck heavy chain molecules. Species Crossreactivity: goose. Recognizes ~118kD and 178-200kD in pekin cell lysates under non-reducing conditions. Recognizes IgY heavy chains in Mallard duck, goose and swan.
