IL-10 is a 18.7kD cytokine which exists as a homodimer. IL-10 is produced by a population of T-cells and is reported to inhibit the synthesis of several cytokines including IFN gamma, IL-2, IL-3 and TNF alpha.
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions
ELISA: 0.5-2ug/ml Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml; Reducing or non-reducing conditions. Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher.

Storage and Stability
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
