Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Purified recombinant human MIP-1a

Supplied as a powder lyophilized from a solution containing 0.01M PBS, pH 7.2. Reconstitute to 1mg/ml with sterile ddH2O.

Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.

Recombinant human MIP-1a. Does not show any crossreaction with other human cytokines or growth factors tested such as M-CSF, GM-CSF, IL-7, IL-8, IL-16, IL-1b, bFGF, TGF-b, EGF, TNF-a and EPO.
