MIP-1 alpha, also known as CCL3, has a molecular weight of ~7.8kD, which is produced by activated macrophages. MIP-1 alpha has been shown to be involved in the inflammatory response of blood monocytes and tissue macrophages.
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Optimal working dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS, 0.1% BSA. For long term storage add 0.09% sodium azide.
