Assay Condition
cMet was incubated with 2uM substrate (Tyr2 peptide) for 1 hour at 30°C in a buffer containing 50mM HEPES, pH 7.5, 10mM MgCl2, 1mM EDTA, 0.01% BRIJ-35 and 200uM ATP. Developer solution was added to reaction and reaction was stopped after 1 hour of incubation at RT.
Applications
Suitable for use in enzyme kinetics, inhibitor screening and selectivity profiling. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap..
