SESN2 is a member of the sestrin family of PA26-related proteins. The protein may function in the regulation of cell growth and survival. This protein may be involved in cellular response to different stress conditions.

Suitable for use in FLISA, Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.

Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight™550 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.

Full length recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-480 from human SESN2 with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.
