MaxLight™ 650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000.
TNF-RII is expressed on a variety of human tissues including lymphocytes, monocytes, granulocytes, fibroblasts, and endothelial cells. In addition, TNF-RII is released from neutrophils and monocytes after activation. TNF-RII, a member of TNF receptor family, binds to TNF-a and TNF-b. The cytoplasmic domain of TNF-RII interacts with TRAF1 and TRAF2.
Applications
Suitable for use in FLISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
FLISA (Capture): Dilute in an appropriate coating buffer to a concentration of 1-5ug/ml and use 100ul to coat each well. Further dilutions may be made in medium or buffered solution with carrier protein, such as PBS with 0.1-1.0% BSA. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Hybridoma
BALB/c splenocytes were fused with NSO mouse myeloma cells.
Storage and Stability
Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight™650 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
