ENA Extract is a pool of rabbit and/or bovine tissue extracts that will form precipitins with autoantibodies that bind Sm, Ro/SS-A, La/SS-B, nRNP, Scl-70, and Jo-1 when tested by immunodiffusion.

Pool of rabbit and/or bovine origin tissue extracts. Bovine and rabbit tissues are extracted in phosphate buffer.
Applications
Suitable for use in immunodiffusion. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Form
Supplied as a lyophilized powder in 0.01M phosphate. Reconstitute with 250ul ddH2O.
