Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy, Immunoelectrophoresis and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:20,000 to 1:100,000, assayed against 1ug of feline IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS as a substratefor 30min at RT. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Sodium azide is a potent inhibitor of peroxidase and should not be added to HRP conjugates. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
