Suitable for use in Immunoblot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunomicroscopy as well as other antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:30,000-1:150,000; I1904-83N was assayed against 1ug of mouse IgG2a in a standard capture ELISA using peroxidase conjugated streptavidin and ABTS (2,2’-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiozoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Reconstitution
Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O or sterile 40-50% glycerol.
Storage and Stability
Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
