Recognizes human CD240DCE and erythrocytes of normal Rh types but does not recognize Rhnull erythrocytes. Reacts with 31kD and 35-52kD proteins which were designated CD240DCE at the 7th leukocyte typing workshop.

Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 10e6 in 100ul Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

I1904-78R: IgG1 Murine Negative Isotype Control
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
