Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with 100mM NaHCO3, 500mM sodium chloride, (pH 8.3) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0mg/ml. Do not vortex.. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Recombinant, E. coli

Supplied as a lyophilized powder in 100mMNaHCO3, 500mM sodium chloride pH8.3, containing 1mM EDTA, 1mM DTT, 0.01% SKL, 5% Trehalose and Proclin300. Reconstitute with 100mM NaHCO3, 500mM sodium chloride, (pH 8.3) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0mg/ml. Do not vortex.
