A cocktail of five protease inhibitors with broad specificity for the inhibition of aspartic, cysteine, serine, and metalloproteases as well as aminopeptidases. This cocktail is recommended for use with bacterial cell extracts.
Note: 1 set = 1 vial of lyophilized protease inhibitor cocktail and 1 vial DMSO, 1ml; 5 sets = 5 vials of lyophilized protease inhibitor cocktail and 5 vials of DMSO, 1ml.

Storage and Stability
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer or ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
