A cocktail of four protease inhibitors for the inhibition of serine and cysteine proteases, but not metalloproteases. Each vial, when reconstituted with 1ml H2O, will yield a 100X stock solution. This cocktail is recommended for use in mammalian cell and tissue extracts. When diluted to 1X the cocktail contains 500uM AEBSF•HCl, 150nM Aprotinin, Bovine recombinant Nicotiana sp. (Animal free). 1uM E-64, Protease Inhibitor and 1uM Leupeptin Hemisulfate.

Storage and Stability
Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
