CD101 is a 140kD homodimeric cell surface glycoprotein expressed primarily by monocytes, granulocytes, dendritic cells and activated T lymphocytes. Studies suggest that CD101 plays a major role in the activation of T cells by skin dendritic cells.

Applications: Removal of sodium azide is recommended prior to use in functional assay. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen Immunoprecipitation Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul.

Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: MaxLight™490 conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
