MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000.
Amyloid consists mainly of rigid, non-branching protein fibrils, together with rod-like aggregates of a pentagonal-shaped glycoprotein called amyloid P protein. Amyloid P protein, also known as component P, comprises 10% of amyloid tissue. It is present in all but the central nervous system forms of amyloid. Amyloid P protein is a constituent of normal basement membranes and the microfibrillary elastic fiber network.
