Recombinant protein corresponding to aa319-541 from SARS-CoV-2 Spike protein S1 subunit, receptor binding domain (RBD), fused at the C-terminus of the Fc portion of human IgG1, fused to a C-terminal Avi-tag, expressed in a HEK293 cells.

Molecular Weight
~54kD, runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
Applications
Suitable for use in the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors and selectivity profiling. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
