CD19 Molecule
CD19, a 95kD cell surface glycoprotein, which is expressed by cells of the B cell lineage and follicular dendritic cells. CD19 is absent on plasma cells. CD19 is an important signal transduction molecule which is involved in the regulation of B lymphocyte development, activation and differentiation.
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Flow Cytometry: 1:100-1:200; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul. Membrane permeabilization is required Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:100-1:200. Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment methods prior to staining of paraffin sections. Western Blot: Detetcts a band at ~95kDa in Raji cell lysates under reducing conditions Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
