Platelet glycoprotein IIIa, ITGB3, GP3A
MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000.
CD61 (Glycoprotein IIIa, GPIIIa, Integrin beta3) is a glycoprotein found on megakaryocytes, platelets and their precursors. CD61 antigen plays a role in platelet aggregation and also as a receptor for fibrinogen, fibronection, von Willebrand factor and vitronectrin.
Applications
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot and Blocking studies. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Western Blot: Reducing conditions Blocking: Blocks Integrin beta3-mediated adhesion to ECM proteins. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
