Murine CD107b, also known as MAC-3 and LAMP-2, is a transmembrane glycoprotein that is associated with lysosomal membranes and is primarily expressed on mononuclear phagocytes. Expression of CD107b does vary between cell populations and the molecular weight of CD107b can vary between 92-120kD. Studies suggest that CD107b may be involved in leukocyte adhesion.

Applications
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul. Membrane permeabilization is required, Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin and frozen sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
