Baculovirus cassette vector pAc-k-CH3 for the expression of human, humanized or chimeric IgG(kappa) in insect cells and secretion of assembled antibodies into the supernatant. The vector derived from pAcUW51 is suitable for cloning of heavy and light chain Fv antibody gene fragments.

Applications
Cloning of heavy and light chain variable domain genes of scFv antibody fragments selected from hybridomas, single B-lymphocytes or phage display libraries.
Cloning sites
Xhol and Nhel for heavy chain VH genes. Sacl and HindIII for light chain VL(k) genes.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Purified using a Plasmid Purification Kit.
